Clure H. Spivey, Jr. age 91, of Springfield Township, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 1, 1927 to Clure H. Spivey, Sr. and Elizabeth Spivey (nee Honeycutt).
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Jo Spivey; son, Joel Spivey; brother, Charles M. Spivey. Clure is survived by his beloved daughter, Sally (Rick) Gripshover; grandchildren, Wes (Kelly) Gripshover, Molly Gripshover; great-granddaughter, Avery Gripshover; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, January 9, 2019 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - North.
