LEWIS, Colin Matthew, age 31 passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013. He was born on September 13, 1982 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Dale E. Lewis and Jeannie (Moreland) Lewis.
He is survived by his mother, Jeannie Lewis of Cincinnati; his father, Dale E. Lewis and his wife Heather of Cincinnati; his girlfriend, Justine Selby and her son Michael of Fairfield; his grandfather, Ray Moreland of Brookville, Indiana; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be directed to Transitions Inc., 700 Fairfield Avenue, Bellevue, Kentucky 41073. This is a non-profit charity organization that did work that Colin was passionate about and he served an Internship with Transitions Inc.
Colin enjoyed numerous outdoor activities including, golf, kayaking, fishing, and he had deep concern for protecting the environment. Throughout his life Colin overcame many challenges and was appreciated by many neighbors and friends for his kindness and desire to help others. Colin will be dearly missed by his family and friends and he surely left a positive impact on this world.
