Dan M. Gray, age 84, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019. He was born in Manchester, Kentucky on January 15, 1935 to Gus and Bam Gray (nee Howard).
He was preceded in death by his parents; one granddaughter, Anthia; siblings, George, A.T., Enoch, Willy, Buck, Roy Lee, Joe, Lena, Bobby Ray and Lily; parents-in-law, Edgar and Gencie Taylor; and two brothers-in-law, Dee and Junior Taylor.
Dan is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, La Verne J. Gray (nee Taylor); children, Tammy (Gary) Mattox, Ruth (Steve) Mendoza, Susan N. Baker-James, Kimberly (Tom) Mann, Misty (Greg) Weber, Stephanie (Donnie) Stapleton, Mary J. (Mike) Trissell; grandchildren, Desiree (David), Roy (Shannon), Megin, Rhonda, Dustin (Amber), Gary II, Steven, Bobby, Dylan, Samantha, Trevor, Taylor and Austin; great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Cameron, Hailey, Rogue, Mileena, Marlaysia, Keyana, Shawntae, Kenny, Evan, Ellen, Ean, Kenneth, Andrew, Maxwell, Gary III, Gage, Chase; great-great grandson, Easton; siblings, Lola Diamond, Mary Jane, Walter, Anna (Ernie) and Beatrice; sister-in-law, Mary Painter; and a host of other family members and friends.
Memorial Service will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, October 17, 2019 with a visitation from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
