Daniel Lee Griess

Daniel Lee Griess, age 53, of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on August 20, 1970 to David R. and Mary Darlene Griess (nee Baldwin). Daniel loved to cook, he made a career out of it at various restaurants. He also enjoyed drawing, music, fishing, and of course watching movies. Daniel liked to have friends and family over at the house. He was also a big fan of Battle Pirates.

Daniel is survived by his beloved significant other, Karla McCullough, daughter, Amanda Hodge, father, David R. Griess, Sr., mother, Darlene Griess, brother, David R. Griess, Jr., grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ada, and Clementine; and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Daniel, contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral costs. Visitation will be Friday, December 29, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A service will begin at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place at Burlington Cemetery.
