Dannielle Katelyn Rouse

Dannielle Katelyn "Katie" Rouse, age 32, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022. She was born in Edgewood, Kentucky on July 18, 1990 to Gregory and Sonja Rouse (Ferguson).

The one thing that everyone knew about Katie was her love for her son, Grayson; however, there is no single way to describe Katie. She was charismatic, the quintessential social butterfly. She could create something, whether it was a t shirt or a mason jar to hold flowers, and the recipient of that craft was always pleased. She loved following her sports teams and was an avid Bengals fan. She loved camping with her family and was happy to sit at a campfire with those she loved most.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Charles Rouse, maternal grandparents, Gregory and Sharon Ferguson, Paternal grandfather, Don Oard, maternal great-grandmother, Maxine Beagle.

Katie is survived by her son, Grayson Rouse; parents, Gregory and Sonja Rouse; brothers, Gregory Lee (Amy) Rouse, Bradley (Brett) Rouse; paternal grandmother, Betty Oard; aunts and uncles, Stacy (Jerry) Schappacher, Gregory (Robin) Ferguson, James (Stacy) Ferguson; niece and nephews, Claudia Rouse, Edgar "Oliver" Rouse, Rafe Rouse, Braxton Rouse; and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Friday, September 9, 2022 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
