He was preceded in death by his father, Willard Petrey. David is survived by his beloved daughter, Sarah M. Petrey; mother, Wanda J. Petrey, brothers, Willard L. Petrey Jr. and Donald A. Petrey; granddaughters, Kalleigh England and Kamrie England; and a host of other family members and friends.
