David O'Brien

David 'Philly' O'Brien, age 49, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 27, 2015. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 23, 1966 to the late Joseph R. and Lorraine O'Brien (nee Paskey). David previously managed a Sober Living home in the area and helped many through their personal struggles. He will be missed, especially, for his infectious positive attitude and his ability to make people smile.

David is survived by his Son, David M. Kralle; Sister, Kathleen (David) Lynch, Brother, Christopher (Donna) O'Brien, and Brother, Joseph (Susan) O'Brien; Several Nieces and Nephews; and a host of other family members and friends. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his Brother, Daniel O'Brien.

The family has coordinated a Memorial Gathering, for Ohio friends and family, at Vineyard Westside, 3420 Glenmore Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211 on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. A Memorial Service for Pennsylvania friends and family will be announced at a later time.
