COLLINS, David R. age 52, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 2, 2014. He was born on January 10, 1962 to Hugh B. and Sandra I. (Somerhalder) Collins.
He was a medical photographer for the University of Cincinnati for 27 years. David was a founding father of the Bloatarian Brewing League, a home-brewing club. He was a home-brewer extraordinaire and was known for his many different types of beer. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
David is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years, Kathy L. ; two daughters, Alice E. Collins, Victoria G. Collins; parents, Hugh B. and Sandra I. Collins; sister, Susan A. Collins; two brothers, James E. Collins, Robert M. Collins and his wife Staci; and a host of other family members and friends.
