Owings, Deborah Wagers age 47, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 1, 1972 to Oatis D. and Geneva Wagers (nee Pique).
Deborah was a member of Western Hills Church of Christ and Phillips Swim Club. She enjoyed crafts, writing poetry, and helping at her church in the kitchen. She also had a love for cats, including her own baby, Salem.
She was preceded in death by her father, twin sister, Darlene Wagers and, sister, Sherri Stubbs.
Deborah is survived by her son, Christopher (Bridgett) Owings, granddaughters, Blair Owings, Clementine Owings, and Layla Owings; mother, Geneva Wagers; siblings, Angel Riley, and Dwayne Wagers; and a host of other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Western Hills Church of Christ, 5064 Sidney Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45238.
