Deborah Thomas was born on April 24, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Charles and Yvonne Thomas. Deborah graduated from Seton High School, class of 1968, where she excelled in her studies. Education was very important to Deborah, she attended Court Reporting School, where she mastered short hand, she also completed Tax law courses, and was certified in Tax Preparation. Deborah could accomplish anything she set her mind to do.
Deborah was employed at Metro (Amalgamated Transportation) where she served dutifully for over 20 years before retiring in 2011. In her leisure, she enjoyed traveling, reading,knitting, watching movies and playing bingo. However, the most important thing to Deborah was her family. She loved being surrounded and spending time with her family and close friends. Her nieces and nephews were dear to her, and she treated them like her own children. Her love for her family was demonstrated through her action of caring for as many people as her heart would allow. She will be cherished in the hearts of all her loved ones forever.
Deborah is survived by her sister, Joselyn Walker; brother, Delbert C. Thomas; brother, Larry Thompson; brother, Chuck Thomas and a host of other family and close friends.
