Webb, Deborah age 60, of Newport, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 12, 1962 .
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Vetterhoeffer (nee Clark), step-father, Charles Vetterhoeffer, brother, Gary Webb and sister, Terry Lynn Barker. Debbie is survived by her beloved children, Gary (Melissa) Webb, Amber Webb and Josh (Angela Wilson) Webb; grandchildren, Grace, Nathan, Averie and Olivia Webb, Emily, Kaylee Jo and Sam Bo Campbell, Alexis and Vincent Webb; siblings, Garnetta Riley and Ernie (Gail) Webb; and a host of other family members and friends.
Debbie attended numerous bible studies and enjoyed spending time with her family at family events, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid BINGO player who also enjoyed scary movies.
Debbie will be buried at Hopewell Cemetery in Richland Twp., Indiana with her mother, Lucille.
