BARRIER, Delmon age 85, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018. He was born in Co-Operative, Kentucky on February 7, 1932 to Hubert and Minnie Barrier (nee Dixon).
He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Greg Barrier, Timothy Barrier; grandson, Greg Barrier, Jr; siblings, Delynn Barrier, Augie Barrier, Darrell Barrier, Lela Bryant, Jean Johnson, Connie Maddy, Linda Lilly. Delmon is survived by his beloved of wife of 66 years, Maxine Barrier (nee Cooper); children, Kenneth Barrier, Lesa (Benny) McFerron, Jeffrey Barrier; grandchildren, Jason Barrier, Timothy (Jackie) Barrier, Jr, Heather (Philip) Bierman; great-grandson, James Smith; daughter-in-law, Rita Barrier; siblings, Dallas (Ramona) Barrier, Nina (Ted) Schmalz, Brenda Barrier; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Delmon, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association-Cincinnati Chapter, 644 Linn Street, Suite 1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203-1742.
Funeral Ceremony will be at 6:00 pm Wednesday, January 10, 2018 with a visitation from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial will be at 10:00 am, Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
