De'Lon L. Wilson

De'Lon L. Wilson passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014. He was preceded in death by his cousin Marcus Wilson. He is survived by his mother Felica Mincy; his father Eric Mincy; his sister Mi'Kayla; his brothers Eric and EliJah Mincy, Alfonzo and Larnelle Webster; "his woman" Megan Ely; aunt Pat Wilson; uncles George and wife Angie Wilson and Gary Wilson; numerous cousins, among them being Symone Wilson; a host of other relatives and friends; and his beloved dogs Nala and Casper.

With these memories and countless more, through us, you will live forever. De'Lon had a big heart and he was such a fearless person. He made friends everywhere he went. Everyone he knew loved him dearly because his heart was so pure. He was never the cause of drama, but he protected anyone he cared about without hesitation. If you ever got close to De'Lon, then you had a buddy for life because distance never changed the way he felt about someone. He had a strong, genuine love for all animals especially dogs. Growing up, he loved watching the nature channel. He could watch it all day, then when the show was over he would find someone to talk to about what new he learned. 6' 4", 345 lbs., yea, De'Lon was a big guy, but he was known for being a gentle giant.
