Dennis (Denny) Lentz Jr, September 13, 1984 - October 31, 2020
Beloved son of Pamela (Thomas Martinez) and Dennis Lentz Sr.; dear brother of, Kim (Mark) Kelley and Sydney Martinez; beloved uncle of, James Schmidt; dear nephew of Mike (the late Shelley) Shad, Barbara, Paula, Jeff (Becky), Carla and John Shad, Carole (Jerry) Soard, MaryAnn (Phillip) Huelsman, Bill (Pat) Lentz and the late Patrick Lentz. He leaves his cousins Mike Jr. (Jen) Shad, Bridgette Harris, Lindsey Bloise, Dannielle, Aylssa, John III and Leah Shad, and Timmy Moore. Grandson of the late Betty Shad and Mary Helen Lentz.
Survived by his girlfriend Kristen Hicks, who he said was the love of his life; and cherished friends, Robby Gilmour, Heather (Mike) King, Phyllis Donaldson, John Sena, Mike Hendrickson.
Our Denny had a serious illness that was called addiction. He fought for many, many years, but his struggle finally ended on October 31st 2020 at the age of 36. We can't imagine a world without Denny, he was so much more than his addiction. He was kind, smart, funny, athletic and of course, so tall and handsome. He was the guy in high school that the girls wanted and who boys wanted to be. We will keep our memories of Denny and his life inside of our hearts forever. This is not the end for Denny, but the beginning of a peaceful rest for him, and one day we will meet him again. We love you and will never forget you.
Visitation will be held Monday November 9, 2020 from 1 pm until the time of service at 3pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Westside Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Burial will be private.
