JONES, Denver Lee age 80 of Colerain Township passed away at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield on Thursday, October 3, 2013. He was born in Solersville, Kentucky on June 4, 1933 the son of the late Jesse and Dena (Stephens) Jones. Denver was a veteran of the Korean Conflict with the United States Army. He retired from General Motors after 33 years of service. He was married to Truie Mae Ball on August 8, 1959 and she preceded him in death on November 11, 2011.
He was preceded in death by five siblings, Alfred, Elmer, Donald, Forrest, and Linnie. Denver is survived by his daughter, Bridget and her husband Gregory Spitler of Springfield Township; his son, Tony Jones and his wife Debbie of Loveland; two grandchildren, Jesse Jones and his wife Jennifer and Sam Jones; his brother, Bailey Jones and his wife Geneva; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
