Derald Conger

Derald "Bubba" Conger, age 83, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021. He was born in Washington Courthouse, Ohio on November 6, 1937 to John and Bertha Conger (nee Betts).
Derald joined the United States Navy at the age of 17 on November 24, 1954. He was a proud member of the Morrow VFW Post #8202. Derald worked hard his whole life, happily retiring in 2011. He was a family man who adored his daughters, granddaughter, and family.
He was preceded in death by wife of 61 years, Patricia "Pat" Conger; parents, and brother, Johnny Conger.
Derald is survived by his beloved daughters, Tina (John) Paisley, and Melanie Conger; niece, Teri Phillips; granddaughter, Amanda (Sam Howard) Paisley; siblings, Joann Estle, Mary Miller, Toni (Bill) Brandenburg, and Ronnie (Pam) Conger; bestfriend, Ron (Darice) Harris; and a host of other family members and friends.
The Memorial Service for Derald will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 9, 2021 with a gathering from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy 45231.
