Donna Gosney

Donna Faye Gosney, 74, of Fort Wright, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021. She was born in Booneville, Kentucky on January 21, 1947 to the late Elmer and Tymandra Carmack (nee Jones).

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Hicks; two brothers, George Jackson and Freddie Carmack; one sister, Annis Gregory and one brother-in-law, Daniel Taylor.

Donna is survived by her beloved Husband of 53 years, Richard "Smokey" Gosney; daughter, Alicia (James) Hearn; grandchildren, Brandy Covey, Robert Hicks, Clayton Hearn, Cooper Hearn, Caitlyn Hearn, Matthew Cain, Braydon Covey; siblings, Mary (Richard) Vocke, Lucille Taylor, Wanda Frazer, James Carmack, Troy (Kim) Carmack; sister-in-law, Esther Jackson; brother-in-law, David Gregory; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 18, 2021 with Visitation from 10:00 am until time of service at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky, 41018. Burial will follow services at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, Kentucky.
