Duncan J. Ross, III

October 30, 1955-September 11, 2024.

Duncan (D.J.) Ross of Rabbit Hash, Kentucky, passed away at home on Tuesday, September 11, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Lisa (Feldmeyer), his daughter Emily (Kyle) Rombach, and his beloved grandchildren Davey, Laura, and John Rombach. Duncan is also survived by his three sisters, Debbie, Karen and Mandy and Lisa’s brothers Dean, Brian and Ben. 

Duncan was a great guy who loved the outdoors, and gatherings with friends and family. He had a special gift for making everyone who met him feel comfortable and relaxed in his presence. Everyone could always count on a good hard laugh at his wry jokes and comments, and he will be greatly missed by all the folks who knew him.

A Celebration of Duncan’s life will be held on November 2, 2024, at Rose Bud Farm located at 11800 Big Bone Church Road in Union, Kentucky, commencing at 2:00 P.M. Friends and family are welcome to come sit a spell and share a good story or memory about Duncan. Campers and kids are welcome but please no pets.
