Ed DeMaris, age 46, was born on May 11, 1973 to Sharon Sullivan and Carroll "Ed" DeMaris, Sr., and lived all of his life in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the cherished husband of Debbie DeMaris for over 16 years. Ed passed away on December 17, 2019.

He attended St Cecilia Catholic School in Oakley and graduated from Forest Park High School.

He will be forever remembered by his wife, parents; sister, Nichole; nephew, Dahwuh, and two nieces, Courtney and Kaze; in-laws Mary and Jerry Hargis; brother-in-law, Mike Hargis; extended family and countless friends that were blessed to know him.

Ed was a Mason, and a member of the Oakley Lodge #668 and the Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati. He was also a Shriner and touched the lives of many people with his smile and big heart. As a Shriner clown he loved to make children laugh. He was also a member of the Hillbilly Clan #5.

Ed enjoyed traveling, boating and being in the outdoors. He had a passion for his photography profession and loved capturing the happy moments in the lives of others.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 5:30 to 7:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Services will immediately follow the gathering, beginning at 7:00PM at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Shriners Hospital for Children, Transportation Fund of Cincinnati, 9730 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215, or any other children's hospital of your choice.
