Chernay, Edna Grace age 96, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019. She was born in West Virginia on November 23, 1922 to David and Bessie Shepherd.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Bessie Shepherd, daughter, Ann Louise Chernay and her siblings.
Edna is survived by her beloved husband, George Alexander Chernay; son , Jack Chernay, grandchildren, David Chernay, Josh (Ashley) Chernay and Holly (Jacob) Mudd; great-grandchildren, Alexandria Chernay, JaeLynn Chernay, Josh Chernay and Sasha Chernay; and a host of other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held from 9:30 am to 11:00 am with funeral ceremony to immediately follow on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Friendship Baptist Church - 8580 Cheviot Road, Cincinnati, OH 45251. Burial to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens - 2145 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231.
