Elia R. Mosley, age 83, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021. She was born in Rainelle, West Virginia on May 22, 1938 to Thomas and Laura Cordelia Mosley (nee Dickerson).
She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Richard Mosley, Thomas Mosley, David Mosley, Michael Mosley, Ferne Mosley, Patricia Russell.
Elia is survived by her daughter, Laura (Charles) Sippial; granddaughter, Summer Sippial; siblings, Doris Mosley, John Mosley, Emma Mosley, Everette Eugene Mosley; and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Service will take place on Friday, September 17, 2021, at All Saints Episcopal Church, 6301 Parkman Place, Cincinnati, OH 45213. Burial will take place at Trails End Cemetery in Clintonville, West Virginia on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 2:00 pm.
