Elmer passed away on Saturday, Feb 25, 2012 at Mercy - Fairfield. He was born on Jun 11, 1927 in Esther, Misouri to Edgar Isaac Burns and Abbie Ethel Burns. He was a member of Forest Chapel United Methodist Church, while living in Greenhills, Ohio.
He is survived by his son, Richard N Burns; daughter, Nancy L Burns; daughter, Jan S Gilbert; son, Thomas M Burns; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service for Elmer Linton Burns, age 84 of Greenhills, will be Thursday, Mar 01, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - Winton Chapel. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Mar 01, 2012 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - Winton Chapel.
