Elmer Joseph Carpenter, age 80, of Crescent Springs, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 16, 1940 to Clarence Wandsnider and Gladys Samp.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Kitty Rudolph, brother, Mike Wandsnider, and sister, Susen Wandsnider.
Elmer is survived by his daughter, Kasey (Joe) Gross; siblings, Lee (Michele) Wandsnider, Ray (JoAnn) Wandsnider, Larry Wandsnider, Mary (Gary) Mueller; and a host of other family members and friends.
