Esther Helen Spies, 85, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away August 7, 2013 at her home.
She was born April 12, 1928 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Otto and Helen (Bunk) Tetzner. She was a graduate of Western Hills High School. On August 14, 1954 she married Wilson Spies in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Esther is survived by her spouse of 58 years, four children; Wilson and his wife Deborah Spies, Christine Warren, Eric and his wife Sonia Spies, and Marlene Spies, seven grandchildren; Melissa and her husband Michael Graf, Kelly Spies and her husband Josh Louis, Nicholas and his wife Brigid Warren, Stephanie Spies, Katie Warren, Amanda Spies,and Matthew Spies, three great grandchildren; Jacob Graf, Audrey Graf, and Kayla Louis.
