Esther Virginia Newberry
June 8, 1925 — April 27, 2014
NEWBERRY, Esther Virginia age 88, of Colerain Township, Ohio formerly of Cabell County, West Virginia passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014. She was born on June 8, 1925 to the late Ralph and Erma (Moore) Carter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Lafayette Newberry; siblings, Harold Carter, and Hazel Carter. Esther is survived by her children, J. Stuart Newberry and his wife Maria, Charlie R. Newberry and his wife Rosemary; Denise Brown and her husband Ralph, Victoria Waychoff and her husband Chuck; seven grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was employed as a retail clerk for over 35 years with Sears & Roebuck. Esther was also a cafeteria supervisor for the Mt. Healthy School system at Greener Elementary School for 10 years. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718
