Ethel Marie Cremeans

Ethel Marie Cremeans, age 91, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. She was born in Sand Gap, Kentucky on June 13, 1929 to Jobe and Ellen Sloan (nee Jones). Ethel loved fishing, and taking long walks with her dog. She always had a pistol in case she came across a snake. She enjoyed crocheting and always made Christmas ornaments for each family member every year. Ethel will be remembered most by her upbeat mood and positive attitude.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Colen Sloan.

Ethel is survived by her children, David (Helen) Long, Deborah Shields, Stephen (Barbara) Long; 44 grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Ethel, contributions may be made to the family to help defray from funeral costs.

Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Tuesday, November 17, 2020 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
