Etienne Cesar Badillo

Etienne Cesar Badillo, age 81, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth. He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on December 12, 1940 to Jose Badillo and Mercedes Anazagasty.

Etienne was a retired Superior Judge, author and active member of his community; including the Florence Rotary Club.

Etienne loved his God, family and friends. He always made anyone he met feel like they were a "VIP" and he would say "I love you". Etienne was always smiling and made you feel special.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mercedes Anazagasty, father, Jose Badillo.

Etienne is survived by his beloved wife, Rosa Nieves de Badillo; sons, Etienne Badillo, Alexis (Jessica) Concepcion, Miguel (Jennifer) Concepcion; daughters, Elainne (Jesus) Badillo Bonnet, Annette (Walter) Badillo; seven grandchildren, Michael Martinez, Alexandra Martinez, Nicole Badillo, Alyson Concepcion, Nicholas Concepcion, Adabelle Concepcion, Elena Concepcion; and a host of other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Rotary Club of Florence Foundation.

Memorial Ceremony will take place Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 10:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
