Eugene R. Hinton

HINTON, Eugene Russell age 70, of Cincinnati, passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 9, 2013 at Hospice of Cincinnati. He was born February 22, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Paul and Laura (Bailey) Hinton. He was a graduate of Elder High School.

Gene was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Laura; his grandson, Billy Gibson Jr.; one brother, Paul Hinton; one sister, Paulene Mueller (Hinton). He is survived by his daughters Susan Gibson, and Patricia Hinton and her husband David Hawk; two grandsons, David Hawk Jr. and Robert Hawk; his brother, William Hinton; his sisters, Shirley Roberts, Lillian Shields, Elizabeth Reece, Debra Hodge and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to family or Newcomer Funeral Home or to Hospice of Cincinnati.

He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him!
