Procter, Fay age 86, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022. She was born in Johnson Fork, Kentucky on December 7, 1935 to Zeiss Allen and Lena Allen (nee Reed).
She was preceded in death by her Father, Zeiss Allen; Mother, Lena Allen; Son, Garry Procter; Brother, Drey Allen; Sister, Ruby Taylor; Step-Sister, Geraldine Phipps; Sister, Mabilee Allen. Fay is survived by her Son, Gerry M. (Sandra) Procter; Grandson, Jason (Bridgette) Procter; Granddaughter, Alexandra (Michael) Wilson; Great-Grandson, Michael Wilson; Great-Granddaughter, McKenzie Wilson; Great-Granddaughter, Kendra Wilson; Great-Grandson, Camden Procter; Great-Grandson, Blaire Procter; Great-Granddaughter, Aubrianna Wilson; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Fay, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association-Cincinnati Chapter 644 Linn Street, Suite 1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203-1742. A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family.
