Frances Kathleen Smith, age 70, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 6, 1951 to Louis and Vivian Weisman (nee Pittillo).
She was preceded in death by her mother, her father, and her husband, Robert James "Bob" Smith.
Fran is survived by her children, Christina Noel (Thomas) Askin, and Robert Michael (Jeanette) Smith. She is the grandmother of Staci (Jeff), Ashley (Ryan), Katie (Joe), Robby, Courtney and Taylor. Fran is the great grandmother of Tyler, Jeffrey, Charlie, Piper, Brodie and two on the way.
She is the sister of Louis Mark (Diane) Weisman and sister-in-law of Bruce Smith and Judy Sharp.
