In his spare time, Frank enjoyed old cars, pitbull dogs, and music.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Patricia Kincaid.
Frank is survived by his beloved Fiance Tracy Tallon; Father, Frank C Kincaid, Sister's: Rhonda Kincaid, Deanna, Missy, Robin, and Tracy, Brother, Kevin; and a host of other family members and friends.
