Freddie passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 after a brief battle with lung cancer. Freddie was born on December 18, 1958 in Middletown, Ohio to the late Fred Wilson and Evelyn Leonard.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Laurin E.J.R. Leonard of Cincinnati; stepchild, A. Rutledge; sister, Mattie Adams; brother, Eddie Leonard and a special nephew, Fredrick Lamar Leonard; as well as, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, co-workers and friends.
Memorial service for Mr. Freddie Lee Leonard, age 53 of Cincinnati, will be Friday, December 7, 2012, at 10 AM at the Golden Leaf Baptist Church 5910 Argus Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45224. Rev. Carl P. Adkins will officiate.
