Freddie Otis Jr.

OTIS Jr., Fredrick Francis age 41, of Cincinnati, passed away November 16, 2013 at Mercy Anderson Hospital. He was born June 15, 1972 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Frederick Otis Sr. and Paula (Fugate) Steinher. He attended Western Hills High School.

Freddie was preceded in death by his grandparents Paul and Rozella Fugate, Frederick and Loretta Otis; his sister Pebbles Otis; He is survived by his parents, Frederick and his wife Mary Otis and Paula and her husband Robert Steinher, his daughter Brianna N. Otis; mother of Brianna, Heather Ideker; his siblings Tammy Donaldson, Jacqueline and her husband Jeff Piper, Elizabeth Sabin, and Joey Otis; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and friends.

Freddie was the owner of a small business, and was in automobile sales at Joseph Chevrolet. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him!
