Freddy Keith Williams, 68, of Owenton, Kentucky passed away on Friday, September 25, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 8, 1952 to Fred and Loveda Williams (nee Engle).

Mr. Williams was a loving family man who cherished his wife and children. He was the owner and operator of Whites Tower TV Service in Independence where he was a TV Repairman for 14 years. He also worked on CB Radios and this is where he picked up the handle "Groun' Hog" from fellow Radio Operators. Following retirement Keith volunteered at the Elementary School where Darlene taught, he loved to read to the students.

Keith was preceded in death by his Father, Fred Williams, Mother, Loveda Williams and Daughter, Robin Kay Williams.

Freddy is survived by his beloved Wife of 48 years, Darlene Williams (nee Booher); two Daughters, Angela Fay (Eric) Hagan and Cathy Lynn Williams; three grandchildren Dorian Combs, Brandon Combs and Geneava Combs; seven Siblings Linda, Lila, Leta, Lana, Leslie, Faron and Kent as well as a host of other family members and friends all of whom will cherish his memory.

Memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 1 pm at 2380 Sugarcreek Road, Dry Ridge, Ky. 41035.
