Holme, Frederick John age 66, of Harrison, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 26, 1953 to the late John and Josephine Holme (nee Grela).
He was preceded in death by his sister, Terrie Holme. Frederick is survived by his beloved wife of twelve years, Stephanie Holme (nee Stevenson); children, Darcy Holme, Kyle (Amy) Holme, Brandon Holme, and Amber (Christopher) Catron; grandchildren, Marcus, Edward, Abigail, and Lillian; great grandchild, Lucas; siblings, Mike (Lori) Holme, Steve (Debbie) Holme, Pat (Randy) Ross; his life long friends, Jerry, and the late Stevie; and a host of other family members and friends.
After graduating high school, Fred served as an EMT for Chicago Fire Department. He was a skilled mechanic and moved to Cincinnati in the late 70's, where he began working for Cincinnati Coin Laundry. He retired in 2018 after almost 40 years with them. He had a passion for building computers, could fix anything, and could get you anywhere you needed to go.
In loving memory of Frederick, contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123. A visitation will be held from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm with a service at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
Masks are required due to COVID-19 precautions.
