Frederick J. Vagedes, age 93, of Elsmere, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022. He was born in Erlanger, Kentucky on July 7, 1929 to Carl Henry and Bertha Louise Vagedes (nee Kuchle).
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Louise Vagedes, father, Carl Henry Vagedes, mother, Bertha Louise Vagedes, sons, John Vagedes, David Lee Vagedes, and brothers, Joe Vagedes, Ray Vagedes, and Robert Vagedes.
Fred is survived by his daughters, Judy (Bill) Tholemeier, Jeanna (John) Migliorisi, Maria (Jude) Franks; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of Notre Dame, 1601 Dixie Highway, Park Hills, Kentucky 41011.
A visitation will take place at St. Henry Catholic Church, 3813 Dixie Highway, Elsmere, Kentucky 41018 on Friday, December 30, 2022 from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow immediately at 11:30 am. Burial will take place after mass at St. John's Cemetery, 1 St. John's Road, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky 41011.
