Gary W. Freeman

Gary W. Freeman, age 75, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021. He was born in Maysville, Kentucky on September 27, 1945 to Wayne V. and Norma L. Freeman (nee Jefferson).
Gary graduated from Deer Park High School in 1963. He joined the United States Navy in August of 1966, serving during the Vietnam War, and was honorably discharged in May of 1972. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, Casey Freeman.
Gary is survived by his beloved wife, Edith A. Freeman; brother, Dan (Karen) Freeman; nieces, Megan (Alan) Robbins, and Kaitlin Freeman; step-son, Pete (Kathy)Samson; two step-granddaughters, Cinda (Adam) Snoznik, and Trish (Jason) Fiscus; six step-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Gary, contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
Graveside Service with full military honors will be held on Friday, July 9th, 2021 at 10:00AM at Crown Hill Memorial Park, 11825 Pippin Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231.
