Gary Joseph Guenther

Gary Guenther, age 75, of Union, Kentucky passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on July 13, 1948 to the late Paul and Geraldine Guenther (nee Runion).

Gary is survived by his beloved wife of 9 years, Linda Guenther (nee Hunter); children, Todd (Nancy) Guenther of Crescent Springs and Amy (Brandon) Miller of Lakeside Park; grandchildren, Paul Guenther, Marcella Guenther and Melody Miller; brother, Bob (Bev) Guenther; nieces, Kelli and Ashley; former spouse and mother of his children, Linda Guenther; little fur baby girl, Lucy; and a host of other family members and friends.

Gary was a proud Vietnam Army veteran. He enjoyed spending times outdoors, golfing and fishing. He also liked spending time at the casino and playing cards. He loved spending time and making memories with his grandchildren. Gary was an organ donor, giving the gift of sight to two people in his passing.

In loving memory of Gary, contributions may be made to Boone County Animal Shelter at 5620 Idlewild Road, Burlington, Kentucky 41005. A visitation will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
