Schwartz, George Peter age 76, of Independence, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on March 27, 1946 to the late George and Adena Schwartz (nee Farmer).
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Paul Schwartz. George is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Sharon D. Schwartz (nee Rogers); children, George Schwartz, Guy Schwartz, Richard (Karen) Schwartz, Alissa (Clint) Hardemon, Contessa Maislin and Ryan (Kerry) Rawe; 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Sue (Rodney) Schwaller and Richard Schwartz; 6 nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of George, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org. A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. Burial will take place immediately following at Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery North.
