Geraldine M. Mcdermott

Geraldine M. McDermott, age 98, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. She was born in Covington, Kentucky on January 30, 1926 to the late Alphonse P. and Alberta Mayleben (nee Geisen).

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her 1st Husband, Edward Harding Chamberlain, Jr., 2nd Husband, John E. McDermott, Son, Edward Harding Chamberlain, III, Grandson, Daniel J. Lautz, Sister, Dorothy Brinker, Brother, Alfred Mayleben.

Geraldine is survived by her Children, Pamela Ann (Stephen) Gongola, Barbara Ellen (Jerome) Lautz, James (Brenda) Chamberlain, Carol Ann (Jack) Owens, 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, Brother, Gerhard Henry "Hank" (Babs) Mayleben; and a host of other family members and friends.

Geraldine enjoyed bowling, golfing, cooking, needle point, traveling and warm climates. Most of all she enjoyed family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm, Monday June 24, 2024, with a visitation from 10:00am to 12:00pm. at Newcomer Cremation, Funerals and Receptions, 3300 Parkcrest Lane Cincinnati, Ohio 45211
