Gertrude "Trudie" Powell, age 90, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 23, 1927 to Sam Butler and Elizabeth Klostermann (nee Meyer).
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Richard Powell. Trudie is survived by her loving daughters, Deborah Ann (Bill) Roll and Dorothy "Dodie" Lee Denney; grandson, Scott Powell; granddaughter, Kelly (Doug) Bernecker; great-granddaughters, Kristen and Morgan.

Memorial gathering for Trudie, and her daughter Dodie, will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
