Gloria Ray Nelson, age 84, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. She was born in Hastings, Florida on May 25, 1948, the daughter of the late Ofeyah Cooper.
Gloria is survived by her beloved son, Charles E. Hamilton; granddaughter, Gloria Jones; grandsons, Charles Hamilton, Jr., and Charron Hamilton; great-grand kids, Aaliyah Crews, Isaiah Crews, Destiny Hamilton, Aaliyah Crews-Kids, King Crews and U'lonnie Robinson.
She loved going to church and listening to the word of the Bible. Every time she came around, she talked about living life right. She loved everyone and they loved her. She was a member of Bethlehem Church and she never missed a beat.
Note to family ~ Life is too short, so live it up and do right by God; you never know when it's your turn!
Funeral Ceremony will be 11:30 am Thursday, September 22, 2022 with a visitation from 10:30 am - 11:30 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
