Gloria Jean Waters, 68, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. She was born in Alexandria, Virginia on October 12, 1951 to the late Lloyd Paul and Roselle Elizabeth Comer (nee Lansdale).
She was retired from the Federal Home Loan Bank in Cincinnati and from the Internal Revenue Service in Covington.
Gloria is survived by her beloved Husband, John Thomas Waters; Sister, Kathy Gooch; and a host of other family members and friends.
