Gloria Faye Woods

Woods , Gloria Faye age 93, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019. She was born in Jenson, Kentucky on May 28, 1925 to Bill and Maggie Woolum (nee McKnight).

She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Maggie Woolum; and husband, Herbert Woods. Gloria is survived by her children, William T. (Pugga) Woods, Katherine E. (Michael) Goodwin, Joseph D. (Joanna) Woods, and Herbert A. (Rhonda) Woods; sisters, Freda Ellis and Clotine Asher; sister-in-law, Erma Lee Pike; grandchildren, Billy Joe Woods, Roy Alan Woods, Teresa Roach, Michael Douglas Goodwin, Jr., Christopher Allen Woods, Daniel Enoch Woods, Melissa Angela Woods, Nicholas Lee Woods, Jimmy Lee Phelps, Tammy Jacoby, Jamie A. Woods, George Drake and Matthew Drake; many great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a funeral ceremony to immediately follow at 6:00 pm at Newcomer West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Burial to follow at 2:00 pm on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, Kentucky 41097.
