Goldie Maragret Romo

Goldie Margaret Romo (nee Hall), age 72, of Erlanger, Kentucky passed away on Monday, November 9, 2020. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on September 26, 1948 to Roy and Cassie Hall (nee Bailey). Goldie loved flowers and angels. She was a kind, funny, and very strong woman. She was very family oriented and loved each of her grandchildren. She liked cooking, listening to old country music, and enjoyed watching Alvin and the Chipmunks. Goldie will be remembered most by being very giving and her love of watching hummingbirds.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister-in-law, Loretta Hall, brothers, Sam Hall, and Norman Hall, and cousin, Tammy Holbrook-Pickens.

Goldie is survived by her beloved Husband of 25 years, Pilo Romo; children, Marvin Hall, Heather (Henry) Perez, Tina Layton; grandchildren, Justin Layton, Brittany Zavala, Lili Zavala, Olivia Ornelas, Jessica Layton, Antonio Rodriguez, Jorge Perez, Pedro Perez, Katrinna Rawlins, Anthony Hall, Jagger Hall, Destiny Pain; 7 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lucille (Jerry) Holbrook, Connie Hall, Roy Hall, Marvin Hall, Andy Hall, Helen (Mark) Taylor, Sharron Jessee, Andy Hopkins; beloved pets, Alex, Coby, Rosie; and a host of other family members and friends.

Memorial Service will be 6:00 pm Wednesday, November 18, 2020 with a visitation from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
