Grayson is survived by his loving parents; sister, Kayla Marie Groh; brother, Andrew Joel McGuire; grandparents, Linda Hall, Terry Hall Sr., Peggy McGuire, and Edwin McGuire; aunts, Jessica Gates, and Katherine McGuire; uncle, Terry Hall Jr., and a host of other family members and friends.
