Helen Luther

Helen Luther, age 81, of Colerain Township, Ohio, passed away on June 19, 2017. Wife of the late Terry Luther. Devoted mother of Cindy (John) Sucharski, Sherry (Matt) Langland, Bill Adair, and late son, Ricky Adair. Loving grandmother of 6, sister to 11 siblings, many nieces and nephews and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Friday, June 23, 2017 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the Garden Park Unity Church, 3581 West Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45239.

Memorial donations may be made in Helen's loving memory to CureSMA, OKI Chapter, PO Box 541012, Cincinnati, Ohio 45254. Having a grandson (Chase) with SMA, type I, made her a strong advocate for the cause.

Despite her cancer diagnosis, one year ago, Helen kept a positive attitude. She continued to fight the battle, while never letting it bring her down. Her positive outlook and spiritual energy were a huge part of who she was and what made others want to be near her. She had a generous soul and a huge heart. Her focus was always on her family and never on herself. Her love and devotion to them was unsurpassed. She was the rock of the family, always there when they needed her the most. She will be missed deeply and never be forgotten.
