WURTZLER, Henry R. "Hank" age 89, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 22, 1926 to Henry P.J. and Marie Wurtzler (nee Steinhauer).
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Verna Wurtzler; son, James Wurtzler. Henry is survived by his beloved children, Christine (Tim) Jones, Sandra (Richard) Edens, Thomas Wurtzler, Steve (Lorri) Wurtzler; grandchildren, Lesley (Eric) Barsan, Sarah (Marcus) Perry, Karen Jones, Matthew Wurtzler, Michael Wurtzler, Brian (Kathy) Prewitt; great-grandsons, Tyler Barsan, Sam Barsan; brother, Robert (Mary) Wurtzler; sister, Carol Mahon; daughter-in-law, Kathy Wurtzler; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Henry, contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati Inc., c/o Bethesda Foundation, Inc. Cincinnati, OH 45263-3597. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am Friday, August 19, 2016 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2014 Springdale Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
