Irene C. Neu

Neu, Irene C. age 98, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020. She was born in Buffalo, New York on April 2, 1922 to Raymond Miller and Beatrice Cook (nee Greene). Irene was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary - FJ Donovan American Legion Post 1626, Cheektowaga, New York, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Florence, Kentucky and the oldest member of the Buffalo Bills Backers of Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Howard John Neu. Irene is survived by her daughters, Jackie (Fred) Vezina and Lynette Chafin; her grandchildren, Michelle Vezina, Cheryl Talley, Paul (Stephanie) Vezina, Jonathan (Lynn) Chafin, and Kimberly (Bradley) Gamm; her great-grandchildren, Erin and Brian Talley, Erik Vezina, Gwen Vezina, Alex Gamm, Carley and Thea Chafin.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 9066 Gunpowder Road, Florence, Kentucky 41042.
