Jack is survived by his beloved parents; siblings, Amber May Saylor, Brittany N. Hughes, Alexander B. Saylor and Arielle J. Saylor; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Saturday, September 23, 2017 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral home Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
